Challenge
SolarisBank is a fin-tech company based in Berlin. Unlike other fin-tech companies, Solaris has a German banking license built in to their platform. This sets them apart from their competition, and they wanted a promotional video explaining their advantages.
As a newbie to the financial tech scene I had to absorb information and simplify it in a way that would best educate their customers. An explainer video was made for use during investment pitches, new customer welcoming videos, and marketing purposes.
Process
Solaris had an established icon set they wanted the animation to pair with, but not many restrictions otherwise.
I built all the new illustrations to integrate seamlessly, and served as the art director, illustration and animation.
